Project: 1-5 Thomas Holt Drive Commercial Office Refurbishment

As part of a three-building estate, Watch This Space provided multiple services to lease office spaces across the estate. Minor, inexpensive but cleverly conceptualised external alterations and paintwork changed the overall presentation of the estate altogether. Special attention was given to Building 3, and WTSD were engaged to undertake a spatial reconfiguration of the office floors into smaller suites to meet market demand. A full fitout of the lobby, mezzanine, levels 1 & 4 were also conducted as part of the base build. Various speculative fitouts of the offices were also carried out and subsequently leased. This project also includes a rooftop terrace which will tie in with the interiors.
