Watch This Space Design assisted Charter Hall to conceptualise and plan a 21,000sqm of industrial across three tenancies, all of which were pre-leased prior to construction. WTSD not only provided an efficient and market driven solution in its early stages, but also carried the design through to detailed design & planning stage. Despite the various planning challenges on the site, WTSD was able to work with a team of consultants to provide the client with the great outcome.
