Project: Woodpark Logistics Estate Warehouse & Office Development. Completed 2020.

Working with property developer Charter Hall, Watch This Space Design has strategically planned multiple warehouse and office tenancies on the Woodpark Road estate, taking the project from feasibility through to DA. With the project recently constructed, we have designed the site to allow for the most efficient use of space and manoeuvrability. Facade and estate presentation were designed to the highest standard, particularly along major arterial roads.
